Dear Harry,
Two weeks ago, my six year old daughter started crying in a moment of frustration and then she stopped and told me -
"Mom, I don't know what is going on with me, I cry over the smallest things. I don't like it".
We started to chat in the garden and got interested in that. She recently started going to school with a lot of new rules and new kids. Then she realized she was experiencing feeling helpless when other children in class misbehaved and everyone got punished. She was instantly relieved when she had that insight.
Then I asked her if there was anything I could do with her to help her, and she asked to do the source list. I coached her and five minutes later she was all relaxed. She asked we do another drill and then she smiled and rushed back home to play.
The following week she was having fun in school and making new friends. The teacher said she was shining.
Thank you Harry! What a gift to be able to share these tools with my girls and empower them to be source over their lives.
Love,
Miri -Israel
