Delusions of grandeur are delusory only as long as they remain unaccomplished. Otherwise they are great and noble deeds. Our actions determine how the future will perceive these days: deluded by grandeur, or founders of an enlightened planetary civilization. It is in our hands.

Since 1987 I have had the honor of meeting thousands of Avatar graduates. At first the meetings are a little awkward they want to thank me for creating Avatar and I am a little embarrassed by the praise. But the embarrassment is quickly replaced by feelings of alignment and a deep mutual respect. Two expressions of consciousness have managed to climb above the encumbering games of life and gaze at each other through moist eyes. There are no appropriate words or any struggle to find any. There is no student; there is no teacher. There are only two companions, whose compassion for humanity forms an inseparable bond. Something good has appeared. These are the Avatar Times.
