As a child I had the desire to think myself to the edge of the stars. No matter how hard I squeezed my eyes shut and concentrated, there were always more stars and more space than I could capture with my imagination.
This longing to embrace a big whole followed me through my life and resonated as a deep sadness. I searched everywhere, traveled over 30 countries and looked for answers in remote temples and strange faces. I spent a big part of 10 years diving the oceans and could never maintain the sense of feeling connected and at home that I found down there. Back to the surface my “confishness” shrank into a consciousness filled with a nagging emptiness and a feeling of loss.
A long term relationship dissolved and all I could perceive for months was a fire on the inside burning everything away until only a tiny flame was left. Sounds intense? It sure was.
I took up running to at least feel my heart pounding and my lungs and muscles aching. Everything else had gone numb. I pushed myself from marathon to half ironman training and felt relief in at least engaging my will in conquering my body.
During that same time I completed my commercial pilot license and started training as a flight instructor.
In the midst of it all my system collapsed: burn-out paired with a viral meningitis.
Shortly before, I had met the sweetest man in the world and an Avatar Master, Rob, who is now my husband. He supported me gently through long days of everything collapsing.
We decided to take the Avatar course together and on that course everything started to make sense:
Yes: I wanted to help people learn how to fly—but no longer in airplanes!
What I had been looking for everywhere I discovered inside. The beautiful and eternal being. I can now even express what I feel and perceive in paintings and I am so delighted to be part of the Avatar network.
The tools that Harry developed— and he is on my list for the Nobel Peace Prize—lead you to being pilot in command of your own life!
You get to explore your own consciousness and decide where you want to be and where you want to go. A feeling of connectedness with all other beings and compassion naturally emerge.
I now see unlimited powerful creators in front of me adjusting their controls and following their inner guidance systems just like me. Learn to take-off and land gently and soar in between! What a beautiful journey on a most precious planet.
