Instructions for downloading the accommodations form:

The Professional Course accommodations form is an Adobe Acrobat PDF file to be downloaded, printed out, filled out completely and faxed or mailed to the Sauerland Stern Hotel for the Germany course or to Star's Edge International for the Orlando course.

 

What is Adobe Acrobat?

Acrobat is a program that creates a common language for computers to use when exchanging files. The accommodations download is an Adobe Acrobat files, or PDFs (portable document formats). If you don't have Acrobat Reader, a free download is available at the Adobe Acrobat Reader Download page. Please make sure you have Acrobat Reader before downloading the forms.

With Acrobat, you should be able to view and print the document with no loss in quality.
