Exercise 18: Viewpoint
from ReSurfacing® by Harry Palmer
Perspective
The easiest way to change something is to change your viewpoint. This does not always result in a change in the world, but it will place you in the optimum position should you wish to make a change in the world.
From the eternal stillness of source, you create each successive moment of existence, as it was, as it is, and as it will be. All joys, all sorrows, all opportunities, and all limitations roll forth into creation from this stillness here now. Understanding that you are the convergent point of every reality is true perspective.
Objective: To free attention.
Expected Result: Increased calmness, broadened perspective.
Instructions:Take a thirty-minute walk. On your walk periodically notice something small; notice something big. Notice something far away; notice something close.
Write down any insights you gained from your walk.
