Columnist Angela Jeffs writes about a person each Saturday, and usually includes a photo. She approached me because she had met me about a year ago, and also heard from several people that they enjoyed my relaxation and personal growth workshops. When we met at the train station, she was so surprised by how much I've changed in appearance that she asked me what I had done. Without thinking I said "Avatar." I have been so thrilled by the Avatar results that during the interview I also talked a lot about the course. She then produced an article that is mostly about Avatar. Sometimes I am amazed at how long and how effectively I kept hiding identities, how artistically I created around them. But within this Wizards, I got growing compassion for myself and the gradient of willingness to explore and to integrate increased. I am still not through handling my transgression, but I see successes and this gives me confidence and a deep feeling of joy.

My life was given birth this day from the past of garbage. My story is written on my face and in my heart of being a newborn. Watch out world! The Avatar tools are my peace. In the past, I was frantically searching for a star my belief. I was desolate and marred. Along came a friend and introduced me to Avatar, whispering, "All can be yours, near and far. You'll find your true self no more bars." Today, I created "I am beauty." In the dust are my old, old scars.

After ReSurfacing, I wanted to continue but resisted experiencing my own creations my life was so messed up. I've been amazed, growing with each step. In Section III, I am blown away. I have had a persistent condition for as long as I can remember. I've just finished a procedure, guided by my Master and it's all gone. I feel so much lighter, and even better than that, I am certain, whatever I create to experience, I can handle it.
From Washington DC, Anne Rein a.rein@att.net The first annual springtime cooperative Avatar Course in Washington D.C. began on March 15, 2003. As we met at the Hotel Washington, the District of Columbia was crowded with Saint Patrick's Day revelers, marathon runners, and peace activists. The students began their exploration of Section II on Monday, March 17. The visible preparations for war and the palpable sensation of fear in the consciousness around us made the mission of Avatar in the world more real and more urgent. That night, and every night we were together, we ended our day with the Compassion Exercise. We included all the world leaders. While we were holding the D.C. course, we were connected in consciousness and by periodic phone calls to courses happening at the same time in Japan, the Netherlands, Chicago, and Hawaii. The opening and flowering of consciousness on an Avatar Course is as reliable as the arrival of spring. This year in D.C., the daffodils outside our course room bloomed at just about the same time as the beings inside.

From Germany, Werner Mooser, Dear Harry, In September, 2002, I experienced a stroke, and this is my report. One very important experience for me was that after the Avatar Course, I felt very healthy. And there was a great deal less fear, a very dominant feeling after the stroke. In my experience of the stroke, fear is strongly connected with the body. Using the Avatar tools, I am much, much more relaxed with the stroke experience. The fear that stayed after the stroke almost disappeared, and the fear was a very real thing, fear of having a stroke, fear of dying, fear of having another stroke. Also, connected with the stroke in my experience was sadness. It also disappeared by using the Avatar tools. From the ReSurfacing workshop, I learned that I experienced a stroke, because I did not pursue what I really wanted. The stroke happened in the past, and it is gone now. I can go on forever finding reasons for it, and I also can put my focus somewhere else, which feels much more relaxed and intelligent. Thank you very much.

It was such an incredible feeling, to be in the midst of all the Wizards working, to feel part of them and to know that we are doing whatever it takes to create an EPC. Then to read Harry's statement from the Guardian Heart, We are unable to understand the actions of another because of our resistance to being that viewpoint. This is the cause of intolerance. Such a simple statement. Thank you. Thank you for the simplicity of the tools, for their ability to break through the complexities I have called my life. Thank you for the orientation toward working co-operatively. We just finished a ReSurfacing course in Melbourne. It was the "You-thought-you-were-just-coming-to-ReSurfacing-ReSurfacing Course". The 16 students all intend to continue on with Avatar, the reviewers there are aiming for Masters, and at least two ReSurfacing students are aiming to be at Wizards next year. It was an amazing course. All but one of the Masters had been at Wizards, and the level of support was phenomenal. I'm really knowing, feeling, and experiencing being a valued part of an appreciating team. Thank you. Thank you for enabling me to experience compassion, to be in awe of others and their creations. Thank you for empowering me to discreate the barriers that have kept me separate. I will share this possibility these tools as my life's work.

I'm listed as a local hero in Wisconsin for my Make A Difference Day Project (Stuff A Truck/Fill the Food Pantries) last October 26. It was my contribution to the community's hungry people. The greatest honor is that the Marathon County Volunteer Center's Board of Directors voted unanimously to pick up the project and make it an ongoing annual event on Make A Difference Day (the last Saturday in October each year). Color me happy!

If anyone had told me that I would be able to understand the basic questions of my life ten days ago, I wouldn t have believed him because I needed to experience the Avatar process first. Layer by layer, I stripped my old beliefs away, all these layers that formed my old reality, my old self, the self that was on a constant search. In the last 9 days, I managed to look deeper inside and further out of myself than I ever thought I could. And today I found the answers to these questions:
Who am I? Where am I? Why am I? What am I? How can I create happiness for myself and all the people I share this universe with? Is there something worthy that I can do with my art? And good to know a final thing. I will be here for as long as I feel that I need to be here.

She did well and will use the tools and rundowns. She has made a primary to do The Master Course. Other than that, life is very busy. Tourism has gone down, but our guests keep coming. Our National Day here and in Laos on May 9 and May 14 will be hosted by my husband and me for 500 people here and 250 people there.
