I have been around Avatar since June l987. If I look at my own journey and the journey of other people whom I have become close to during these years, and then I add a little imagination, extrapolation and common sense, I can come up with a picture of how I see the world being ten years from now with more Avatars in the world.
Picture yourself being aligned with everything in your life, feeling that everything in your life belongs there, and not only that, it also feels good! There is no sense of regret, guilt, doubt, annoyance or anything that resembles any of these. Then maybe one day you decide to change something in your life. So you do it, without struggle, without worries, without fear. You do it, because you choose to have a new experience. By now you know that life on this Earth is about changes, new stages, different views, so you flow with all that.
But what about the others? Well, the others are living a life in alignment with themselves and compassion and understanding make it all work.
In the future all of us will become wiser by the simple recognition of the natural order, meaning we will understand that we are bigger beings having a terrestrial experience. From this viewpoint, life becomes easy.
We know that faith is not just about praying, but also about trusting. We know that life is not just about hope, but also about appreciation. We know that life is not just about dreams, but also about crystal-clear intent. We know that what we feel is projected into the field around us, and that anybody can perceive it, so each day there is less need for explination and justification because we can feel each other.
I see couples living with each other to fulfill their wants and desires, but reflecting each other as mirrors: “What is it in my reflection that I would prefer to improve?” I see parents sharing their life with their kids and learning from each other. Parents learning how not to lose the amazement that they see in their childs’ eyes. And children learning from their parents how to keep growing with ever greater awareness. I see people in the streets, the public areas, the working place and everywhere else recognizing the other as magnificent as themselves.
So now that you have this picture in your mind, how does it look? How does it feel? Is this something that inspires you? Does it sound like a nice fantasy to live? A nice dream to have? For some people, this is not a fantasy. I know people who live like this now; it is not a fantasy. I am one of those grateful people that live in awe at the way life can be, telling myself everyday: I can’t believe it. This cannot be. It’s like magic. It’s amazing. Whoooo!
But what I see coming is a world where this is true for every person, for every couple, for every family, for every household, for every community, for every school, college, university, church and office.
I see how love, respect, gratitude, support, compassion, courage and integrity are not just words in the dictionary, but the way life is, the way we feel about ourselves, and the way we relate to each other.
I look forward to welcoming you and seeing you in our new and improved version of our world.
